“Room was nice, clean, the heat seemed to be controlled , we we're a bit cold. Thought the property was non smoking yet the people above us were smoking " something " and made it difficult to keep our screen open. Waking up wasn't fun as the same people upstairs we're blasting music early in the morning until they checked out. Overall would recommend this place”

“This is one of our favorite places to stay anywhere in the US. Lovely inn! Each room has its own individual charm as no two rooms are alike. A bonus is the great continental breakfast! Make detours to Marblehead every time we come to Boston just so we can include a stay here.”

“We had the Canton room, which we found out does not have parking right outside so we had to park on the street, the parking was terrible. When we got in the room they left a used lotion, batteries low for the TV remote, and we had to wait for someone to come up to give us more toiletries and batteries. (There is no one who stays on site for room service). We went to the back to see the courtyard and it looked unkempt; leaves everywhere, outside patio furniture was covered in moss, and looked...

“My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!”

“Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.”
