“The staff were all excellent The parking very good Ev chargers made a difference Our room 305 was a top rated room but could be made better with a few little tweaks. Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles. The fire escape windows could not be locked properly which gave us a bit of worry about security while we were not in the room. “The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!”
