“Excellent service, extremely friendly and accommodating front desk, welcoming in every way. I came in very late, but was greeted with a warm smile and kind attentiveness. The hotel itself shows lots of signs of wear. If you're looking to stay in a room that is completely free of signs of age, this would not be your place. But for me, it was great. “Thank goodness for the property! In desperate need of a place to stay late on a stormy night after a bad hotel experience next door, the clerk was so sweet & helpful, the room was clean w/ very comfortable beds, quiet parking lot with no riff raff. We felt safe and had a comfortable night’s rest. Thank you Baymont!”

“The room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!”

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."

"L'hotel è in posizione ottima: Millenium Park e la zona circostante raggiungibili facilemente a piedi e la fermata del bus a pochi passi per andare verso River North. È possibile fare il self-check-in in reception senza fare alcuna attesa. In camera è disponibile una macchinetta del caffé Nespresso con tre cialde gratuite che, per gli amanti del caffé, può essere una vera svolta in terra statunitense. Il personale molto cortese e reattivo alle nostre richieste."

"I had an amazing experience in Chicago. The hotel is in a very central location and you can basically walk to every major spot in town. The staff is super kind and helpful. A guy, Arturo his name, has been the most kind person I could ask for. The structure is old, yes, not recently refurbished, but clean and affordable. I strongly recommend it!"
