“They lie about the sizes of the beds. I was on a full mattress and they said it was a king. They said there would be a tub in my room. There’s no tub. The room was very small and dirty. There was no towels and when I would go to the front desk and ask for towels every single night they never had. I ended up having to buy towels from Walmart. I left them there so that they could wash them and give them to the next guest honestly.”

“My bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did read in advance that the kitchens were not stocked- you would have to ask the front desk for supplies like utensils and glasses, which I did. The only thing in the kitchen was a kitchen towel and a small packet of dishwasher detergent. But there wasn't a dishwasher, so cleaning your borrowed kitchen items with dishwasher detergent powder is not exactly normal. They should have little bottles of dish soap. “Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went...

“No the room was half clean the tv never worked and they stole my food from door dash in 2 mins property owner said not his problem and did not check the cameras ”

“The lobby, hallways and stairway was filthy. Hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’ve never been to an Extended Stay that had nothing in the kitchen but one disposable plastic cup. No dish ware or utensils or any pots or even a dish.front desk closes early and opens lat 10 AM. ”
