“Wow, where to start? My room was dirty- sticky debris on the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. I didn’t even want to walk in the room with my shoes and off it was so grimy. Sheets smelled clean but looked dirty (e.g. hair, stains). There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and at one point I could see it wafting in the hallway despite the rooms being non-smoking. “The lobby, hallways and stairway was filthy. Hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’ve never been to an Extended Stay that had nothing in the kitchen but one disposable plastic cup. No dish ware or utensils or any pots or even a dish.front desk closes early and opens lat 10 AM. ”
