“I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. “Disgusting and filthy. Most likely unsafe as well.”

“Expedia booked two nights at this Hotel and charged my card before I arrived. When we arrived, we told the hotel overbooked and we did not have a room. The hotels policy is to give rooms away to walk in customers and people with reservations have to get a refund. We slept in the car that night, suffered the next day, then got a room at the Red Roof Inn, where I will go from now on. I will never use Expedia again and I will never use the Days Inn by Wyndham or any Wyndham property ever again.”

“Not very clean. Pretty random down. Shower was so nasty we didn't even want to use it. Had to have the service desk guy fix the TV. Truly needs a good remodel and things replaced.”

“I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am”

“Great place will go again”

“Great studio room, with couch/sleep sofa, ottomans, desk, kitchen, etc. Could have used more dishes in cabinets, only one large plate, and not enough small plates, etc. Full size fridge and two electric heating elements on stove and small dishwasher. Buffet breakfast had a great deal of variety which was surprising and helpful.”

“Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.”

“Every time I travel to Ann Arbor is to see my daughter who attends Umich, and this is the hotel we always stay at. Since the first time I've been satisfied with the staff, the cleanness of the room, and an amazing variety of what is provided for breakfast. ”

“The king bed was comfy. We had several good night’s sleep. The best thing was the large size of the room. We didn’t feel cramped even with our suitcases open. Breakfast was handy and served the usual hotel fare, including hot dishes. The only criticism is the lack of a makeup mirror in the bathroom. We will stay there again the next time we visit Ann Arbor.”
