“The stay was great. My family and I have stayed at this property for the past 5 years during the memorial day holiday, and each time has been great.”

“Room and property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. There were many options but the eggs and French toast were cold. They do cook made to order eggs, so I would definitely recommend that. Staffing for breakfast was also poor and wait time for service was long. The only other draw back, no safe in the room.”

“Never stay here. There were holes in our door, Spiders in ever corner. Parts of the tile missing. 2 jets in the jacuzzi didnt work. It took 45 mins to fill up and the water was scolding hott. The staff denied our request for more towels. A few lights didnt work in the room . There was a power strip wrapped around the night stand to use to plug our phones in. The gap between the floor and the door was about 2 inches, We had to put towels and a bench in front of the door to feel safe. Just dont...

“Room stinks like an ash tray and clearly had not been wiped down. Pool was closed and the maintenance man was rude when asked why it was closed when the front desk worker said it would be open at a specific time. I also asked for extra towels from the front desk and worker told me to go get them from the laundry room. The breakfasts were not near what is pictured. “I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. “The worst DoubleTree hotel. It is more likely an Inn. Stayed there for two nights during the weekend. The bar wasn't even open. No room service at the evening shift. They didn't provide blankets for the pullout sofa bed. Hotel carpet was dirty.”

“Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.”
