“Our overall experience was great. I think they mad a bad choice about the pools being sectioned off . The adult pool wasn’t big enough to accommodate all of the guests. That’s the only area needing improvement.”

“My room had termites in it that were crawling on the bed. When I noticed in the morning that they were on the bed, against the window, and in my bag, staff said that would investigate the situation, but did nothing to offer compensation or ease my worries about potentially bringing termites back home. This stay is not worth more than $100 a night, even with the convenience of being across from the concert venue.”

“I don’t think the floors have been cleaned in a very long time. The sheets were stained and there’s not enough parking. The staff was friendly. The place could use some updates.”

“The hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and I found cockroaches during my stay. The overall condition felt poorly maintained and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or sanitary place to stay”

“If your bank account is low and your standards are lower, this is the property for you. The rooms are not particularly clean and the amenities virtually non-existent. The towels were NASTY. The sheets were thankfully clean, at least to the naked eye. The only shout out I can give to this property is that the staff in the lobby was nice and helpful.”

“The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. ”
