“Staff was not helpful, questions and requests were ignored. We were to be in a double room, not, a king room, and we went to the front desk immediately after we checked our room, but, staff did not acknowledge our questions, and ignored us, even while standing in front of them, they looked passed us, as if we were not there. No hot water to shower. We requested to have hot water repaired or move us to new room. No response was given and no repair was provided and we were not moved to another...

“I didn't like the welcoming, front desk was very stressed, not having rooms ready for checking at 3 pm. Is already very late for checking, taking in consideration check out is that early at 11 am. We pay,is not for free with american dollars. But, check out was very nice, smooth and pleasant, I have to say. Thank you.”

“Everyone was amazing from walking in and being greeted by Mason and then meeting Mac to Sydney at the bar and Teresa in the restaurant area! Five stars across the board! We are locals and we were excited to be nosy and see what the Drury was about and we cannot wait to go back! If I had one tiny complaint it would be no bacon for breakfast!? I just really wanted a fried egg and some bacon and more fruit options so that was a little disappointing but other than that five stars across the board...

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I do wish they had some hot foods (waffles or eggs maybe) on the breakfast but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me.”
