“The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke”

“I went there for my son’s birthday and before coming I looked at the previous reviews and you would think this property was amazing but that is NOT what I experienced. Upon my arrival I was not greeted not even a hello just “what’s the name?” Horrible customer service and I felt very unwanted. There was a huge roach in my room. “Room very small, wifi not working anywhere, not even stable in lobby, roaches in lobby. ”

“Went down for the breakfast at 9:00 that was supposed to be served from 6:30 - 9:30 and it was closed down. The attendant was sweeping up and the chairs were put up on the table. No breakfast, No coffee. The front desk person was not very friendly at check out. We won’t be going back.”

“This property is not clean. The rooms are not kept nicely and clean. The bathroom has mildew growing on the ceiling. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing is its location, and you can get something better in the same area. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.”
