Hotel vicino a Expo Hall - Tampa

“I went there for my son’s birthday and before coming I looked at the previous reviews and you would think this property was amazing but that is NOT what I experienced. Upon my arrival I was not greeted not even a hello just “what’s the name?” Horrible customer service and I felt very unwanted. There was a huge roach in my room. “Pillows smelled really bad, not sure why. breakfast was also bad but expected. AC would randomly turn on and make a loud noise and wake us up. But the worst part was the stinky pillows on the bed”

“Went down for the breakfast at 9:00 that was supposed to be served from 6:30 - 9:30 and it was closed down. The attendant was sweeping up and the chairs were put up on the table. No breakfast, No coffee. The front desk person was not very friendly at check out. We won’t be going back.”

“The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. ”
