“Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. “This apartment was fantastic. During our visit in Australia for 1 month, we stayed in 17 different condos/hotels. A+ for cleanliness, A+ for stocked kitchen and laundry supplies. A+ for communication and A+ for size of the apartment and bedroom sizes, with a king bed.
