“Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

“Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor.
The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early.
If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy!
Overall, a great experience at the hotel!”

“This is a great hotel and I really appreciate the bountiful breakfast and the cleanliness and the kindness of the front desk. I really like my room as well, I booked the king suite and having the extra sitting room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my parents. I would caution anyone expecting to use the pullout sofa as a bed that you’ll do better sleeping one person on the couch rather than 2 people in the pullout - that pullout is a back breaker!!! I can’t imagine how...

“We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well.
Also, they did not have fresh...

“Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

“The tv was on when we got there and unplugged. There was no phone to call to other rooms, so we couldn't call room service or other's we were staying with at the hotel. The faucet for the shower was coming off the wall and our toliet seat was completely broken just sitting on the toliet. A charger from the last person staying was still in the wall, so it seemed as though our room was just thrown together for us that evening ”
