“The hotel room was extremely clean! Staff greeted with respect. The check in and check out process were seamless. The valet team were all hands on deck. Every staff person was positive, professional& helpful. The gift store was an intentional concept fully stocked with unique and needed items. Great hotel. My 15th year using this property. ”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”

The process of checking in was horrible.
Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling.

“Honestly, the best part of the stay is the location in relation to everything around it like the boardwalk, beach and venues like Hard Rock and Ocean for events. The price reflects the conditions and age of the building, rooms and public spaces. If they eventually refurbish the property, I expect room prices would triple or quadruple. But for now, if you value location and price --- this is the place for you. You get what you pay for... so only book if you are comfortable with elevators...
