“Helpful and friendly staff. However, like others have mentioned, there was an unusual odor in the room that I couldn’t quite identify. The air conditioning unit and its filter also did not appear to be very clean. Otherwise, it was okay.”

“We had a room that had a severe water leak. The water surrounded the bed and had to be walked through to get in and out of the bed. This was a serious issue and the hotel stated they were full to capacity and didn’t have another room to offer. They also said not provide any refunds or discount.”

“The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds.
