“I used to come here years ago when hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail which is just down the road a bit; the rebrand is exceptional, with super, super clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, super clean grounds, 100% smoke free and a Dunkin attached to the hotel! What’s there not to love! Great job!”

“We chose to stay here based off all the good reviews it had. I’m not really sure why it got so many good reviews other than for it being located on Main Street. The room didn’t feel super clean and the bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything but cereal and some sketchy boiled eggs to choose from.”

“This was a great place to take my granddaughter her last day of school. She loves swimming. Pools are to cold ocean is freezing. Pool was very clean and hot tub very relaxing. Suggestion for pool area have a bathroom in or closer to pool rather then lounge and check in desk. Lounge is great every night they have something going on. You don’t have to stay but optional. “Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. On top of that there was a scary moment where the maintenance staff was caught peeping through peoples peak holes (including mine) and when confronted he lied and said he didn’t do that when I witnessed it with my...

“Hotel was conveniently located by the Sherman Theater where we had tickets to a show. We were able to walk to & from & felt safe walking at night. Staff was very personable & accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of choices & coffee was always available. Room was clean & beds/pillows comfortable. Only negative was odor in room & hall that was heavily scented with air freshener. We would stay here again when in town for a show.”

“We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. “Loud area to begin with. Cars racing on the street. Not the hotels fault. Old!, not well maintained. The person above me sounded like they would be coming through the ceiling. The floor was mushy under the vinyl flooring and did not inspire confidence. Beds are gross. Linens are gross. I swear a hooker and client checked in before me.
