Snowbird Season runs from November through February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the first day of the month) and a departure date (must be the first day of a subsequent month). Market Street Inn 545/547 is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor condo nestled in the heart of Baytowne Wharf. Relax on the covered, shaded balcony and listen to the gentle rustle of palm trees while taking in the peaceful view of the village pool. The recently renovated kitchen features sleek modern sinks and faucets, complemented by a stylish tile backsplash that evokes coastal charm. Gleaming stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops shine in the natural light pouring through the 10-ft ceilings. The master suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private entrance. and a shower/tub combo bathroom. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
