Strutture Best Western a Missouri nordorientale

“My stay was adequate until I was ready to go to sleep and found bedbugs on the pillows and the bed. I only saw a couple but of course that's enough to send me for the exit. The person handling the front desk desperately wanted to speak to me about the problem and asked that I call her the next day but wasn't available the three times I called. I don't expect much and this hotel seemed to be fine but it's not far to rock bottom.”
