“The room was stinky”

“Stay was fine. Room was clean, staff was helpful. The only issue I had was the walls are so thin, I could hear the normal level conversation that was happening in the room next to me. Also made it difficult to sleep because of all the noise throughout the night with doors shutting and regular hallway conversation.”

“Staff was great. Liz let us use the dining room to play games with my sons and nephew. Breakfast was great. Pool toys were great to use in pool.”

“The staff was pleasant and welcoming during our interactions. Our room was nice, but you could definitely tell it was previously used as a smoking room. The shower pressure was okay, and the pillows could use an upgrade. The floor/ceiling between the upper floors and lower floors is very thin, and you could hear the upstairs guests walking and running. The location is very central, which was nice. We were told the hotel is being updated soon with its purchase by Comfort Inn.”

“I had stayed here two weeks and absolutely loved this place but this day was not very good… I stayed on the first floor and I smelled cigarette smoke when I walked past some of the rooms and I noticed that there was an air freshener plugged into the hallway. I got into my room and opened the door and immediately realized there was a plug-in air freshener in the outlet.
