Benvenuti in Sweet Gum. La decorazione è in corso ... stanno arrivando nuove murali e trapunte, rimanete sintonizzati per le foto aggiornate.

L'esterno classico in mattoni ti saluta quando tiri nel vialetto. Quando entri nella casa, rimarrai colpito dai soffitti a volta, dalle grandi stanze ben arredate e dalle colonne maestose. Il soggiorno si affaccia sull'ampia vista lago, è arredato in modo confortevole con 6 posti a sedere e un televisore da 55 '. C'è una cucina al livello principale e una al piano inferiore, quindi c'è spazio per tutti qui.
La camera da letto principale al piano principale ha grandi finestre per consentire la migliore vista possibile sul lago. Il bagno annesso ha una vasca idromassaggio e una doccia separata.

C'è un disimpegno stanza di polvere / mezzo bagno e una lavanderia a questo livello.

Ci sono 2 camere da letto aggiuntive al livello principale, una con una regina e la seconda ha un divano letto doppio con un doppio rotelle. Un bagno Jack e Jill (solo con doccia, doccia) è condiviso tra le due camere da letto.

Il mazzo fuori dal soggiorno avrà posti a sedere per 4-6 (foto in arrivo).
Al piano inferiore, c'è una seconda cucina completa, sala da pranzo, sala giochi, 3 camere da letto aggiuntive e altri 2 bagni.

Le 2 camere da letto sul lungomare dispongono di letti Queen. La camera da letto sull'acqua ha un letto a castello Twin over Twin e un'area giochi per i bambini. (queste camere sono state arredate; aggiorneremo man mano che vengono fatti progressi)

Great views of the lake and plenty of good sleeping space for larger groups. Kitchen is a little bit tight, but having second kitchen downstairs helped some with that. Plenty of room to visit, eat together, and watch tvs. Excellent communication when we had short power outage on a holiday!!

Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Basically set up as (2) 3-bdrm/2-bath living areas which was nice in the mornings when young children went to bed early and got up early. There isn't really a single table where all could eat together but hey, you're at the lake. Dock was spacious and depth of water good. Only path to the dock was thru the grass so if you have older/less mobile guests it could be an issue. I would stay there again.

Fan was still broke from last year on the dock and other misc items need repair but we love the house, location and walk from the house to the water, no steps! Inside was clean but outside balcony and patio could use a good cleaning. This was our third year staying at the property and will return again!

Very nice house. Lots of room, great location, awesome amenities. We had a great time. Only one thing i would like to see improve. Outside deck, and seating chairs looked like they were not cleaned in weeks, but there is a garden hose which we used to wash the deck. Rest of the house was really clean. Definitely great place. I would recomend.

This is our third lake house we've rented on SML. The lake experience itself is always wonderful. Each home we've stayed in has had it's high points as well as things that could've been better. Sweet Gum is no exception. Highs: Comfortable furniture, great location, nice beds, kitchen was adequately stocked (new pots/pans were a plus). Dock was large enough to accommodate ten of us and the floater dock was large enough to tie off a 25ft pontoon boat (although bumper was required on front right corner to keep the bow from drifting under the permanent dock). Things that could've been better: Issues with 3 of the 4 showers in the home (3 had leaks at the base of the handheld shower, one of those 3 the rain shower head was inoperable). Lack of pillows in most beds (pillows in the shams were the only option on some beds), dock lacked storage area requiring us to haul chairs/floats up and down the hill every night. No steps/walkway to dock, just the lawn (can be slick after rain).

Beautiful house and views of the lake from every window. Hot tub was a nice surprise. Minor things like we needed bigger trash cans in the kitchens and not all rooms had working TV's with Roku boxes and remotes with dead batteries but overall it was an awesome time and would definitely come back.

Very nice property with ample room for everyone to spread out. Came with a ton more amenities than we were expecting (hot tub, kayaks, life vests, etc). Would def. recommend.

House was very clean, only a couple minor issues. Jessica was very quick with communication. Just a quick drive to super markets and restaurants. Plenty of parking on a quiet dead end street

The entire check-in process was seamless. The home was very clean and welcoming. It was perfect for everyone staying here. We enjoyed the views during the winter time, and hope to return in summer months to take in more of the lake. Definitely recommend!

Everyone in our party phenomenal time. This property was just as described. The location was wonderful, with a beautiful view. The house met our needs perfectly. We can’t wait to go back.

This property provided all we needed for a nice family get together. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms comfortably spacious. Dock and Deck provided nice outdoor space. Only small negatives are: 1.) a lack of steps off the deck to the lawn and dock area,... Needed to go through the house otherwise and 2.) lack of seating on the dock, Certainly not show stoppers, but I'd add if it were my place.
