“Breakfast was very bad, otherwise I would have given 5 starts.”

“Loved this location, good restaurants around, Hotel was in a safe neighborhood with good lighting. Can't beat the price, I've paid twice as much for places that were not quite as nice....it will become a preferred location for me for my travels through Savannah....Rooms were clean and quiet with good a/c.”

“The rooms were clean and organized. The hotel was very relaxing and peaceful.”

“Overall decent for the price point. Housekeeping doesn’t do daily cleaning and only took trash and brought fresh towels once for a four night stay. The rest of the time I took out my own trash and had to ask for towels. The beds were never made. The air conditioning was very loud. Luckily I could sleep through it so I didn’t complain. “When we checked in the room was warm so we put the ac down more and left to explore Savannah. Upon returning we noticed the ac did not work. We went to the front desk and told them about not having ac. I was told they would call maintenance and troubleshoot shoot it and they can move us rooms. It’s was after 10 pm the guy said he would call me before he leaves at 11 pm. We never received a call. At 3 am I just couldn’t handle a room in Savannah in the summer with no ac. “I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.”

“The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix”
