“During our stay, we experienced the following severe issues: Public Areas: The lobby and level 3 elevator floors were visibly filthy with housekeeping cart wheel marks and were never cleaned during our two-night stay. The women’s lobby bathroom trash was overflowing and remained unemptied the entire weekend, and there was no hand soap. Room 323: The sink and bathtub backed up. “The hot water pressure was very low making taking a shower unenjoyable. The wardrobe door would not slide open. Otherwise it was okay.”

“This is a very well maintained property. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and loved that the shower was very low entry. Our room faced the sign for the Burger King next door, but the blackout shade completely blocked any light from it during the night. There is a restaurant on the main level if you don't want to go out for food. It was very quiet and our sleep was not disturbed by others coming and going. It was a very positive experience.”

“If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.”

Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

“We chose this motel because their website states that the location is a 12 minute walk from the West Virginia University baseball stadium. That is a blatant LIE. You actually CANNOT walk safely to the stadium, and it takes at least 10 minutes (if there is no traffic) to drive there. Expedia needs to force this motel to change the information on their website or remove them from their suggested motels in Morgantown,”
