Hotel a Monrovia

“Took three rooms it was gross either lights , TV or heat didn't work.. It was just dirty and dinge. They are redoing rooms and I do have to say didn't see not one bug of any kind and I was happy about that. ”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, which was nice. There was a lamp on the side of the bed that didnt work at first, but we figured out that it needed to be plugged in to a different outlet. ”

“The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. Once in the room, we were provided the house...

“While I was there, and this is no fault to anybody on the staff, there is no TV or Internet”

“Staff was wonderful; however, the facility itself was poor. Shower did not work- I stood there wetting a washcloth with the water coming out of the spigot. Outside was homeless people homes ( sleeping bags) in the parking lot. Room had the “smell” that comes from age and deterioration. The staff was kind and helpful, so this in no way reflects on them. But it was just kind of cringe. ”
