“The location is convenient just right in the middle of downtown of Banff. The area of improvement I would say is that staffs are not so attentive and did not greet with a smile. During my second stay they did not change my towels and need me to call them for that ”

“This was one of the nicest cabins we've stayed in. It was in a great location, close to Lake Louise. We also walked around and hiked/ran the trails in the area. The amenities were great. One thing would have been nice to have was oil for cooking, but otherwise the kitchenette supplied everything else we needed. It was very clean and super relaxing. ”
