“Nonostante la struttura sia buona, la gestione è affidata ad un gruppo di giovani che sembrano passati di lì per caso. A colazione manca sempre anche l'indispensabile. Il latte era disponibile un giorno su tre, così lo yogurt e la frutta. Niente marmellata e tutta roba di seconda categoria.”

“The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were under renovation when we were there. Also, the staff were unable to answer basic questions like how much the children’s buffet was. Also, the walls are very thin so the people in one of the rooms did not get much sleep. Would be great if just priced a bit lower, especially for the off-season”

“Our room was clean but the hallways and elevator were not. Elevator made a concerning loud banging noise when using and could use a deep cleaning. Staff were extremely difficult to understand due to heavy accents however they were very nice! Breakfast was what you would expect of a continental breakfast, no complaints nor commendations.”

“The room was absolutely gorgeous and we had no trouble falling asleep! The pool and the hot tub were also really good!”
