“They graciously accommodated by dog and we were able to stay in the barn. Super spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, made to order :) The staff were awesome!! I had a small medical emergency, and they were extremely supportive. Above and beyond :) Definitely coming again and bringing my family. ”

“The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. ”

“Room was okay, but overstuffed pillows made me feel like I was fighting them all night.They kept on pushing my neck forward, didn’t mold, and just didn’t stay put. Six pillows in my room-ALL the same thing. Hotel’s gotta have different sizes pillows available in each room. ”

“Lots of good things about this place. Breakfast was good, room was cozy and clean, tv worked, heat worked, bed comfortable, staff was very nice, games and dvds available and coffee all day. But a couple things not good. There was knocking, banging settling, maybe the pipes? Don’t know but all night long it was very noisy and one more night I’m not sure I could stand it. The other negative is the bathroom which is small. The sad part is that it could have been better designed within the small...

“There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...

“I never got to go I tried to cancel and the hotel told me to call Expedia then I called Expedia and they kept me on the phone for over an hour and then just hung up . I did purchase the insurance and they didn’t even honor that !! Truly disappointing ”
