1- Check-In/Check-Out
Stick to check-in and check-out times. Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

2- Luggage Drop-Off
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

3- No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Penalty: $500.

4- Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Please notify us in advance. Pets that are extremely furry and shed heavily cannot be accommodated. It is important to let us know prior to booking what breed your pet is.

5- Keys

All keys must be returned at check-out

Lost or missing items will incur a $250 replacement fee each

6- Quiet Hours
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

7- No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

8- Security & Valuables
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9- Use of Appliances & Amenities
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them.

10- Cleanliness
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

11- Respect for Property
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

12- Emergency Procedures
Know the location of fire extinguishers & emergency exits. Safety first.

My family and I spent four nights and four days in Montreal. Olga was extremely helpful with the booking process and any questions that I had. She was really an excellent host.The location of the apartment is amazing. It’s in close proximity to the subway and walking distance to many attractions.The beds and the couch were comfortable and there was plenty of seating and eating space. The apartment was very bright and we enjoyed our stay. There were towels and plenty of linens included, which was great for our family.I do recognize it says it in the listing, but just as a heads up I do want to mention it is a true four story walk up so pack lightly also I will say the apartment can use a bit of a spruce the kitchen, bathroom, walls and floor are worn. Also, a heads up the upstairs loft space is definitely on the lower side, but perfect for children.But for the price and affordability, I am not complaining! There is no step parking, but there is a very convenient parking lot that you pay every 12 hours next-door. We found that to be very convenient and affordable.If you were looking for an affordable and excellent location, this is a great option for you.

A beautiful apartment that has so much going for it. Sleeps up to 6 people well. The layout is comfortable and open with high ceilings, large windows and bright. The apartment has been well thought out and the host included extras like sugar, coffee, salt and pepper. Unit was clean and is well located in the city. Host was responsive to questions and provided information for making our stay smooth and easy. Check in and check out information is clear and easy to follow. I would certainly stay here again when travelling with others.
