Hotel a Mooreland Estates

“I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. ”

“Only one key card. All doors other than the front locked after midnight. Indicating an unsafe environment. We understand safety but locking all doors with only one key card per room is ridiculous. Then the front door operator said he would not buzz me in so i could go park the car in the very crowded parking lot. But when I got to the door he buzzed me in. Even though he did not know what I looked like or that my spouse was waiting for me.”

“There was no hot water for the first day we were there and there are no lights in one of the elevators. I also suggest they have more readily available corkscrews but the staff was amazing and the gentleman delivering corkscrews and extra towels at night was fantastic. Check in was easy check out was also great I just think some maintenance issues could be handled better.”

“I read a lot of great reviews about this hotel and that is why I ultimately booked this location. It was unfortunate that the reviews didn’t steer me in the right direction. My room had towels with yellow stains on it and there was also a cockroach in the bathroom hiding in one of the floor towels.”

“The room was clean but I could tell previous guests at smoked in it. It looked like this hotel may have been removed more recently so it does feel newer and nicer. However, when we were checking in, the super loud fire alarm was going off and even afterthought firemen showed up, they could not figure out how to turn it off for several more hours. It was so incredibly loud, we tried to go out to the pool, but it was super dirty. We ended up leaving for dinner early to save our eardrums.”

“Normal to minimal wear & tear on the hotel interiors as is expected for a high-daily use facility. In the Breakfast area, the automated "Beverages" dispensing machine was confusing. Some beverage-varieties' buttons and options were non-operational. Warmish breakfast foods were acceptable, and as expected. Staff were helpful and friendly.”
