“This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Not impressed. This hotel used to be so nice, it's going downhill. The pool did not work, it was supposed to be fixed by the 26th before we arrived on the 30th. Disappointed with the staff ”

“I parked in front of my room which was great. Very clean very quiet area. Good view”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

“We tried contacting management more than 5 times , first about a possible later checkout time and never received a call a text or email , so very poor communication . It snowed , no one put salt as there was ice , the porch light to unit didn't work dark and dangerous ,we are a older couple trying to get in the tub and drain didn't hold water , gathering room had no heat , can't watch tv from couch only from bed .
