“There was a few mishaps when we arrived (the place hadn’t been cleaned, we were double booked and the heating didn’t work) however Akin solved our issues very quickly and refunded us for the trouble. It was a lovely apartment and the staff were amazing! I can’t wait to go and stay again.”

“On arrival the gentleman who checked us in was polite and well mannered. The check in area was clean and presentable. The idea of the box with keys, remote and WiFi password was brilliant. My Son thought it was amazing having a smart tv in the room. The room itself was immaculate, well presented, clean and smelt amazing.
