“We booked this room based on the pictures from the expedia web page. When we checked in we were told that the bottom door lock didn't work and to use the top yale lock. Overall the hotel was extremely grubby with bits of plastic and battered trolleys abandoned in corridors , biro writing on room doors. The reason our bottom door lock was not working was because it had no mechanism in it at all and was empty.The room itself was awful with liquid stain drip marks on the walls , a huge crack on...
