“Yes I had a wonderful stay”

“Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!”

“I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay. The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options...

“Situato lungo il fiume dove il pomeriggio o la sera è piacevole passeggiare. Camere ampie, buona colazione. Nulla da eccepire. Ovviamente il prezzo influisce sul giudizio. Se si trova una camera intorno ai 180 euro li vale tutti (fino a 200).”

“The shower head was falling off. There was a hole in the wall behind the door in the drywall. The fire alarm was out of the wall and broken. Nobody helped these issues when I left the list at the front. I also did not feel safe with kids at this hotel due to location. Beds seemed clean.”
