“Yes I had a wonderful stay”

“Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!”

“No housekeeping service and when requested they just piled some towels on the unmade bed.”

“Hotel was super clean and the staff was super nice. Location was also great. The only minor knock I could come up with is valet is expensive (but all the other hotels are as well). The bathroom was fantastic and the room was very updated and nice. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bar area was great and the check-in/checkout staff were fantastic.”

“The room was clean but had to change to a different room due to wasps coming in near the window. Staff were very friendly, the shuttle was free to the casino. Only thing was the restaurant was closed while we were there so had to make sure we ste before returning back.”

“This Dunn Loring location was perfect! It was easy to access and an easy walk to the Metro station and Harris Teeter for groceries. The hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! The Bistro had wonderful food and the small market had some good snack options if needed. The parking under the hotel was very clean and felt safe. Our two complaints are the pool area was closed and we wish we could have used the pool and we did not have a microwave in...
