“Location was across the street from restaurants and the Mortgage Matchup Center, great location! Room was clean, and spacious. However, we were there for March break, and only one elevator was working. We were on the 10th floor. It took more than 12 mins for an elevator to come, and when it did, it was full. On many occasions we had to take the stairs, from the 10th floor with luggage was not a great experience. Out of 3 elevators, don’t just have one working! Not acceptable!”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“Didnt know where to park at the hotel. Found the price steep. Parked next door to the hotel. My only complaint was the parking - availability and cost.”

“Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! ”

“Pool area was tiny, no music, no bar and shaded all day! Lounge chairs were ripping. Also the AC went out in the building so the rooms and floors were very warm. Staff was great and rooms were clean”

“Nice cozy spot nestled in downtown. Onsite dining is spectacular, the Chef did not miss. Rooms are well kept. ”

“Buon hotel, vivace in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro. Parcheggi nei paraggi, il valet parking è carissimo 40$, evitatelo. Non c’è la piscina ma una sorta di vasca non balneabile sul tetto, ma un ottimo roof top vista città. ”

“L'hotel é comodo poiché vicino all'aeroporto. In centro a downtown Phoenix che si può girare tranquillamente a piedi. Con la metropolitana leggera si possono raggiungere Temp e Mesa e con Uber nel giro di una mezz'ora si raggiungere Scottsdale. ”

“Extremely helpful young woman upon check-in - wish I remembered her name -patient, knowledgable, professional. The room was clean and sanitized, loved the concrete floors and although I did not use the kitchen area - it looked extremely clean and well kept. ”

“En realidad no es un hotel, estuve 6 noches y nunca funcionó el wi-fi ; le escribí varias veces siempre me decían lo mismo que no estába a su alcance . También tuve problemas con el parqueo por que tenía que buscar parqueo en la calle ; por qué ellos no especifican que no brindan una zona de parqueo privado . En conclusión tendré más cuidado en mi próxima visita a Phoenix.”
