“Everything was clean, recommend, excelente place to stay.”

“Room. Bed was very uncomfortable like a hide a bed and the pillows were flat and not supportive. Bed linens were not secure and had to make the bed (fitted sheet) every morning. If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The staff at Margaritaville were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. They really seemed to prioritize the guests. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean. The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. “I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!”

“This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.”
