Within 10 miles of Haven Hill you'll find The Mississippi River, Mississippi Palisades State Park, Timberlake Playhouse Theater, Rhythm Section Amphitheater and MC Motopark, Ingersoll Wetlands Wildlife Refuge, The Great River Bike Trail and multiple public hunting lands offering non-stop outdoor adventure!

Our private parking lots will secure your vehicle while entering the central hallway to your apartment door. Our common areas include the lobby, laundry room, ice machine, and Snack Shack housing our fresh produce, drinks and some sweets.

Each 2-bedroom apartment enters into the open kitchen / living room and leads to your own private patio with outdoor cooking and seating. Enjoy a SmartTV with a Netflix account just for you and the breakfast counter for your morning coffee and farm fresh eggs, available at the Snack Shack!

The full bathroom and King and Queen bedrooms are down the short hall. Whether you're staying a short or long time, utilize the clothes dressers and walk-in closet as you wish. Enjoy a night under the stars with the fire pit and supplied wood. Set your timer for dusk and watch the evening show of cotton candy skies and our hilarious flock right from your patio!


Both parking lots lead to a secured entry door with your code to get in. The laundry room has 3 sets of machines with guest detergent and dryer sheets. The Ice Machine offers ice bags and buckets to utilize as you wish. The Snack Shack provides those convenient quick treats along with our fresh produce, farm fresh free range duck and chicken eggs, and morning energy.

Stroll the 4 acres through our walking path and around our coop, housing 3 turkeys (Tommy Trumpy, Turks, and Surfs), 26 ducks (9 of which are Mallards hatched right here on the property), 25 chickens (ruled by a miniature Rooster named Cooper), and Prince the Peacock. Don't forget to stop on top the roof-deck bus for the gorgeous sunsets here on Haven Hill. Check out our huge garden and pick fresh produce. If the season is right, you'll find ripe apples to chew on.

No Matter the apartment you've selected, you'll have a nearby firepit and firewood right off your private patio.
