“Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. ”

“2nd time staying and would stay again. Loved the creek side. And basically loved the villa the only thing that we experienced was the shower and sink stopped up but the maintenance man came and fixed it emitely. The front is a teepee that would look awesome if it was painted.The grounds were well maintained had fire pit and grills picnic tables a very peaceful place. The staff is great.”

“Step back 105 years and sink yourself into a time of relaxation and small town charm. The Calhoun House has all the modern comforts but a real yester-year feel. Ed is a great historian and host and makes you feel at home, and we did.....stayed an extra unplanned night too!”

“Property was in a beautiful location on the river, but needs a bit of tlc indoors & out. I was traveling with my adult disabled son, and unfortunately our stay was terrible. Bottom line, the BBC, ETC had to be contacted due to staff issues that terribly upset upset my adult disabled son, and myself.”
