“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home.”

“This is a hostel, not very well noted on the booking, no private washrooms and bath. Shared space line kitchen is pretty greasy every where. Found roach i. The room.”

“Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. ”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“Staff were great and cleaning was fine. The room did not meet our expectations. The web description led us to believe that the amenities such as the oven would be in the room rather than in the shared kitchen. Prospective guests booking the deluxe queen or double should be made more aware that, although they will have an en-suite bathroom, it is very basic and there’s barely enough room to walk around the bed. It’s a hostel and we’ve aged-out of being comfortable with it. ”
