“Yes, the airport shuttle was easy to find and the driver was very courteous and respectful. My stay was short, didnt have any breakfast. ”

“I wasn't expecting much from a 3 star hotel but Miss Mattie who was in charge of the breakfast buffet made this a 5 star experience. She was so friendly, helpful and spread joy around the room, redefining what hotel hospitality is all about. Loved this experience!!!”

“At my check-in, the lady at the front desk Bre, was very friendly and patient as my credit card didn’t register immediately. I allowed another customer to handle their business and I again scanned my card and it was acknowledged. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. My only concern was the lack of a room safe. I didn’t notice any. The hotel is quite and close to the airport and a short ride to downtown Charlotte. ”

“The young woman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I believe her name was Choi or something like that. She was actually working over because the individual that should have been on duty didn’t come in. But she still had a beautiful smile and great hospitality. ”
