“Breakfast was all processed foods, except for some fresh fruit. We were on the first floor near some of the amenities but it was quiet. Too many small lights on in the room (tv, microwave, clock, etc)
Comfortable, clean, staff friendly and sincere.
Really liked the number of hooks in bathroom and the bars at the sink to hold washcloth/hand towels.”

“The front desk guy was nice and explained everything in a good manner. The beds were comfortable and very neat. The only thing I was surprised about was that I didn't see any body lotion. Also, I didn't like the fact that the soap wasn't in the bag as it usually is, it looked like it was used.”

“After staying in a Hilton Garden in Bangor, Maine the night before that was wonderful, I was disappointed in this location. Lobby welcoming in Bangor started the stay off on a high note.
Staff was polite and efficient. We did not use amenities. Even though, I thought I specifically booked this hotel for a hot tub but was told there was no hot hub when I checked in.”

“My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.”
