While the steep driveway was a bit nerve-wracking at first, once you conquer that initial fear, it’s a breeze! You can tell the property was once a truly magnificent estate. “The staff clamed that they sent me instructions on how to enter the room and I didn’t see anything in my mail box reflecting that claim I had to sleep in my car that night I had no phone number to call.”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
