“I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas...

The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick.
