“The staff is amazing. The property is on the beach. The only issue I had is the parking. It gets full and its not very convenient when it happens. I loved the room. Its so clean and vibrant. The staff though is attentive and right on any issue you have. Ill be back and I will recommend to others. ”

“A great stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for an overnight stay in Wilmington. It’s in a great location, (right off a main road) the room was spacious and very quiet. We never heard another guest! Great amenities including a microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Loved the apartment style room. The bed was a little soft but very comfortable. “We wanted a property right on the beach for an early September getaway . surf Suites was perfect. The property is well maintained and all of the room appliances are in excellent condition.
The view from the balcony was perfect. The weather was great and the beach is very nice. The property is next to the Oceanic restaurant and pier. No charge to walk on pier and fish.
