Hotel a Murshidīyah

“The reception staff were very rude, and some of them did not speak English well. On several occasions, while people were waiting in the queue, staff would allow Arabic-speaking guests to go ahead of others, which felt unfair. It was also very difficult to get assistance when calling for help, and responses were often delayed. This was not my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I had a bad experience on both occasions. The management were not helpful in resolving concerns...

“The staff was disrespectful as they called at 9:00 AM, reminding me about checkout. I don't understand what kind of awareness that is if they call you before checkout time. I understand if it's after 12:00 PM, but I have never experienced anything like this with other hotels.”
