“Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!”

“Both key cards do not want work and the manager have reprogram new cards for us.
Shower do not have hot water. I called front desk and they say I have to wait till Monday. I stay only on Saturday night. When I checked out they mention that my room hot water heater was broken. They could just switch me to a different room just to get a hot shower but they did not offer.
Also the bath tub non slip mat do bunch up and my wife nearly slip and fall.
I don’t think I will go back there again.

“First of all, I have a disabled husband, and the fact that the elevators were out of order may be very upset. I think that they should’ve expressed this to me before I finished booking the role at the front desk so we had to carry many mini bags and suitcases up three flights of stairs the lady in the front desk kind of marked at me when I asked for a different room she said there was none available. This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns...
