Hotel vicino a Museo Tokoan Kumano Gongen - Hakone

“The place is very unique and charming. A really amazing experience for a traditional Onsen. The staff are super kind and the service is superb.”

“Camera abbastanza grande e silenziosa. Avevamo cena e colazione inclusa tipicamente giapponese. Varia ma non rientra nel mio gusto”

“Absolutely beautiful! Serene, peaceful, a memorable retreat.”

“Great location. Nice place. Close to train and towns”

“Highly recommend for Hakone Short walk to main food and drink area, but remote enough it feels exclusive Amazing property Just be familiar with separate bath times and ensure to reserve if you want to share with your spouse”

“Hotel molto buono, eccezionale l'onsen, molto pulito.

“Very bad experience with hot spring. You cannot relax in the onsen because there are too many people that speak loudly, people singing when are washing his body and too many kids that use onsen like swimming pool spray water to the other guest. I will not back to this hotel and surely for the future I will choose "adult only" onsen. ”

“This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!".”

Cena tradizionale servita in camera ”

“This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...

“Great onsen hotel with incredible food but be warned that the location is a bit remote. It’s about a hike uphill of 15-20mins from the nearest bus stop and it’s quite difficult to get an uber/taxi from nearby stations. As well compared to other resorts, their shuttle service is not a reliable means of transportation. The staff are amazing but unfortunately, you can tell they’re stretched a bit thin. I got there about 2 hrs early and there was no one at reception. I had to drop my backpack there...
