Cottage a Myre Big Island State Park

“Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side.”

“We booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we were informed that no such rooms were available. The staff programmed our key cards twice. The first set of keys did not work at all when scanned at the door. The second set showed a red light, and we then discovered that the room had already been assigned to other guests. The staff switched us to a room with one king bed instead. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was excessively soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, and there...

“Rooms and hotel were very well maintained. Our room was very nice. Only complaint they didn't keep up with the coffee, so it was out both morning. Breakfast 1st morning was very sparce and never replaced even by 830. Sunday Breakfast was much better but not much coffee was available. Over all experience was ok because of morning coffee and breakfast.”

“This was just the landing pad we needed after 12 hours on the road. The bed was positively wonderful. We slept the sleep of the innocent.”

“The staff was really nice and helpful but the property needs some TLC. The cable and internet was down. The floors in the room was dirty/dusty but the bed was comfortable.”
