“This property was actually closed. When I got there, I was rerouted to another property across the street, a Ramada. The Ramada was really bad. Very dirty. Very few people there. No breakfast no coffee.”

“The host was welcoming and helpful. The mobility ramp to the front door was a bonus as was the garage to park the car out of the snow. The heating worked well. Unfortunately the house was not very clean (very dusty). The hand rail on the stairs to the basement was falling off the wall. With a deep clean and some maintenance this property would be top notch.”

Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room.
