“This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. Speaking of the next room, the spare (the room w/two beds) smelled like an ashtray. The host has five air fresheners in the home, which tells...

“Host was very welcoming. House was very homey. Had a few minor issues…batteries dead in remotes. Would recommend having some extras available. Also front door wouldn’t open on last day. She said she was going to replace key pad. ”

“Was not a fan of having to pay a hefty price for insurance on top of the listed price. Very misleading. Dining table was almost too shaky to eat at let alone play games at. Nice location across from h to be lake but most of the window blinds are busted so could not appreciate the view. Nice walking/running path access! Minimal supplies in kitchen. ”
