“The place is located right in the middle of a very animated district area full of vibrant lights, pubs, shopping streets and night life! The lobby is located on the 6th floor and the entrance is not quite big, so make sure get a picture of the frontage so it will easily be identified! Staff is very friendly and helpful 😊”

“Room is clean and new. However we noticed a leak from the toilet and reported to the staff. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but eventually they sent someone over to do something. The problem wasn’t completely fixed but we were leaving in a day so we didn’t bother. I would think the right thing for them to do if they couldn’t fix the problem was to change us to another room and we brought that up. ”

“Very good place to stay in Busan, located quite close to the airport and some of the main attractions. The other side of the city is reached easily by bus or subway. The hotel itself felt safe and modern. The suite felt more like a regular room, but it was nonetheless clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy, I could hear music and cars passing by. Super friendly staff, thank you!”

“便利な立地ですぐ近くにコンビニもあります。ホテル自体はすごく綺麗です。ただたまたま見かけた掃除の方の道具があまりに汚くてゾッとしました。 また全然いいのですが、期待が大き過ぎてホテルスタッフの方々の対応に笑顔がなく淡々とされていたのが期待外れでした。 日本だと笑顔での対応が当たり前過ぎて違和感を感じただけです。 的確に対応していただいたので問題はありません。”
