Esteriormente la struttura lascia ben sperare: l'hotel è molto bello e il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, tanto da custodirci i bagagli anche dopo il check-out, un servizio davvero apprezzato. “少し薄暗い道を入ったところにあり、入る前に若干不安になりましたが、受付の方も上手な日本語で対応してくださりホテルもお部屋もとても綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました！”

“this stay is very small but in a very good location in Jagalchi area. a bit hard to find the entrance as there were no signage and clear instruction from agent. it is very convenient access to nearby or by train. We refer to the photo in the booking page which having seaview, but after checked in, we were told that the photo posted is general, not applicable to the type of room we book. We browse for so many stay to find a stay with seaview, end up so disappointed. wasted my 2 hours to liaise...

“I honestly don’t even know if this is supposed to be a hotel or some other kind of facility. It was extremely noisy, nothing like what I booked, and the room was much smaller than advertised. There wasn’t a single thing I was satisfied with, so I left early in the morning. I also had to deal with dogs barking throughout the night, which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It was truly a terrible and horrible experience.”
