Privo di insegna. Al di fuori un uomo sospetto che indica l'ingresso della struttura e che alla mia domanda "perché non c'è l'insegna" mi risponde "non serve". Le stanze del B&B si trovano all'interno di un palazzo al terzo piano. Sono ben arredate e pulite. Ma poi la pulizia rimane al minimo della sufficienza. Colazione indecente. È in più abbiamo pagato Il supplemento per altri 2 ospiti benché fossimo in 4. La prenotazione su Expedia non ci permetteva la prenotazione per 4 ma solo per 6.

Salve, mi dispiace che nonsi è trovato bene nella nostra struttura. è la prima persona che si è lamentato sulla nostra colazione. Non so come Lei fa colazione la mattina, ma il nostro buffet è ricco di salato e soprattutto di dolci anche fatti in casa. Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione, le camere di questa struttura non possono ospitare sei persone ma fino a 4 persone, quindi non vedo come sia possibile che non vi abbia fatto fare la prenotazione per 4 ma solo per 6... E' normale che se prenota per 2 persone e se ne presentano 4 ci sia un supplemento minimo da pagare. Le auguro una buona giornata. Francesca

Near the subway and only a 20 min walk to all major attractions. Staff was super friendly and informative. Cool little balcony available for guests. Our hotel bathroom shower however did not have a door nor a curtain for the shower. If you're looking for a hotel just to drop your bags, shower and rest than this is the place.

I was a bit shocked that we had to pay extra (20 euro) for a late check in which was out of my control. But the place was clean and they clean the apartment everyday. There was coffee available in the lobby for a small amount, which we found very convenient. The area is easy to get to and close to the areas that one traveling would want to go to.

Staff friendly large rooms.Did not like that there are no shower doors, apparently all their showers do not have doors. Bed was very hard. Cleaning was done daily and very well.

I got bitten by bedbugs all over my face and arms and legs. When I contacted the property they admitted via text msgs that they had complaints of people being bitten but just had the apartment inspected. Well they were wrong as I stayed there and have pics that I sent over to them showing the bites. I was miserable while in Naples itchy and bumps all over my face. They moved me over to another room but this ruin my vacation and I have to have all my things cleaned before I can bring them into my house and the bites on my face are healing and leaving dark spots all over my face that I will see a dermatologist about. The apartment is unwilling to give me a full refund. Expedia state they can't assist. This is totally an unhealthy standard by this property. I hope I can clean my items properly to avoid a home infestation.

Modern rooms in convenient location
The reception was very friendly, offering us coffees and waters while our room was being cleaned. We also really appreciated the waters and drinks available for purchase. We stayed for 2 nights and it was located very close to the major train stations. The rooms were clean and modern. Only complaint is that our AC sounded like a car engine, but it worked really well.

Accueil très sympathique, parties communes très jolies. Notre chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre (juste un velux minuscule). Il y avait de la moisissure et donc une odeur assez forte, impossible d’aérer la pièce. Je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit en raison de la chambre uniquement.

Vi boede en familie på 6 i den store lejlighed. Vi havde god plads og køkkenet gav os mulighed for selv at lave lette anretninger. Placeringen tæt på havnen og bycentrum gav optimal mulighed for at udforske byen. Vi vil til hver en tid anbefale andre at booke Be Italian Flat Duomo!

Very nice hotel
The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Naples. There was a dining area and we could buy water, coffee or tea. There were also a microwave and a toaster available. I reserved two rooms, one of them was really good, but the other one didn't have any windows, just one in the roof and that made it very dark. Next time I just would check with them and specify that I don't want that room, it was clean having but having window would make a big difference.

De koffie en thee faciliteiten die beschreven worden per kamer zijn niet op de kamer maar in een centrale ruimte. Er moet ook voor betaald worden. De kamer was prima, maar in de douche ontbreekt de helft van de douchedeur, het putje loopt moeizaam door en het ook is het niet op en top schoon. Wel mooi gelegen met het metrostation dichtbij en ook de Alibus stopt vlakbij. Een supermarkt zit in dezelfde straat. Een voldoende maar niet geheel zoals beschreven.

Good location, otherwise very basic
The design was more like a hostel than hotel or B&B: large communal space with coffee and other drinks (all for a fee), no fridge or kettle in the rooms. Reception is only staffed when there is someone checking in. Pros: - Location - The room was spacious Cons: - No window other than a skylight, so the room was damp and my towels never dried (too cold to use the drying function on a/c) - Although the sign inside the door said that breakfast was served 8-10am, there was no breakfast - Housekeeping ignored "do not disturb" tag and went in to clean each day - Weak internet

Great spacious room and washroom. The balcony was a nice surprise and the staff was very kind to stay late past checkout as our train was severely delayed. Although this is something the manager can't control, it is extremely loud outside during all night hours. Not sure what is happening outside, but it sounds like a garbage truck is collecting trash every hour from 11pm to 5am. very loud and disruptive for sleeping. There are some decent food options near by and tourist attractions are fairly close by.

The area was good, right down the street from both a metro line and the ferry terminal. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The room was clean, had a loft above the bathroom with another bed and the internet was very fast. The concierge and property manager were readily available throughout the day on WhatsApp.

Pros: Quarto espacoso, cozinha bem equipada e predio muito acessivel, ar condicionado funcionando bem e varanda para a rua, a cama era muito confortavel e a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam muito limpas, mercado em frente e metro a poucos metros. Contra: Nao parece muito seguro andar pela regiao depois de escurecer, a limpeza dos itens de banheiro e cozinha deixaram um pouco a desejar, o box do banheiro era pequeno e nao tinha onde colocar sabonete ou shampoo, era preciso tomar banho segurando o sabonete o tempo todo. Eu recomendo para quem quer ficar bem no centro de Napoli.

We stayed for 5 nights and were the most satisfied. When we arrived we were accommodated by Cosimo, who took care of us for whole stay. It is really wonderful guy, who arranged earlier check in for us and I saw him, that he was there late in the night for the people who arrived late. He also shared with us lot of tips, where to go, what to see and saved our lives on Sunday when we couldn't find a shop where to buy food. The area is nice and close to the center but still quiet in the night and during the day as well. We slept really good there. You can get anywhere in the center by foot in few minutes, which is perfect. The rooms are super clean and really nice. The lady was cleaning the room and changing the towels every day. There is big dinning area, where everyone can sit and enjoy their meals. There is also big fridge with drinks that you can take for very good price and you can store your food and drinks there as well. And I have to mention big shared terrace where you can sit during the day or in the night to have a coffee or some drinks. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Great room and location
Great room in a very convenient location. Very comfy bed and pillows. Friendly check in and lots of local recommendations. You get access to a kitchen and nice patio.

Nice apartment for a short stay in the city. Everything needed was available. Although we were late, we were still able to checkin and the contact person booked a cab for us from the airport. We were provided with free mineral water. There is only one window and the bed upstairs had a small stair and low ceiling. The bathroom was good, except there is no door in the shower, which made everything a little wet. Somehow there was a problem with the toiletpaper, we returned having less toiletpaper left then when we left in the morning. Everything however, was solved quickly and appropiate. Staff is not always in the house but can be reached by whatsapp and answers are given in short time. At the last day we could leave our luggage. After all a good place to stay.

Sadly disappointing.
Booked delux apartment which was spacious but not delux. On arrival to have no toilet paper is perhaps a mistake but not great. But to also have rubbish left in the bin, 4 very hard pillows but only 2 pillow cases and no duvet cover I could continue but won't. Sorry but just wasn't what we expect especially during covid times!

The flat was perfect, Near the train station and near the historical center. The owner was always available during our stay. If you need advices where to eat, what to see, you can ask him :) We highly recommend this flat :)

The staff was very friendly but we only got one towel during our stay to use every night and one roll of toilet paper which ran out. The towels were soaked in bleach and burned our skin while we were there. The things it says we’re included, for example a down comforter we’re not included and there was no replenishing of any kind unless you paid a fee (posted on the door). Not sure why it go such good reviews. There were other places just as cheap that we stayed in and we got a lot more for the money. Not in a good area

Nice large apartment - perfect for a family
Vi ankom fra Sorrentohalvøen og fandt lejligheden særdeles velegnet til et par dage i storbyen. Med så travl og larmende en storby, var det lækkert at have en lejlighed, der var stor og rummelig nok til, at alle i familien kunne slappe af og finde kræfter til nye eventyr. Alt fungerede og var meget rent. Lejligheden ligger i et beboelseskvarter tæt på butikker og den gamle by. Kommunikation og overdragelse af nøgler gik gnidningsløst. Vi parkerede i parkeringshuset overfor - et typisk napolitansk parkeringshus.

Close to train station and downtown. Only one key. Door to room does not lock too securely. Room is clean. Small balcony. Cosimo was helpful to check in, otherwise staff is nowhere to be found. No secure place to store luggage after checkout. Elevator is very tight. Different floor heights in bathroom, could hurt yourself if not paying attention. Shower NEEDS a proper door.

Value for money
Very nice location and room. Renovated and new furniture, quite big rooms. Very high quiality accommodation, but do not expect any extras. Do not leave the towels in the floor (is not a hotel!) Because you will find them (dirty) folded again!
