The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Naples (Chiaia), within a quiet park. Via Crispi, the street where the park is located, is one of the most prestigious streets in Naples. Here, alongside the residences of the upper middle class, you will find several consulates, such as the French one, the famous French Institute Grenoble (designed by the renowned English architect Lamont Young), and Villa Lauro, which was home to the shipowner and Mayor of Naples Achille Lauro for many years. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. As you can see from the photos (non-professional but realistic and recent), it can be an ideal and comfortable accommodation for a family or a group of 4/5 friends, but by also using the sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a corridor, living room/kitchen, master bedroom with a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, bedroom/study with 2 beds + one extra if needed, and a second bathroom. Additionally, the apartment features a security door (with a single key), a safe, heating, air conditioning, WiFi, 2 large Samsung Smart TVs, a washer-dryer, induction plates, linens, and various utensils. A small garden is available to residents, and upon request, there is also a free unsupervised parking spot for a small car. Only residents' cars are allowed to circulate and park inside the park. This very convenient house allows you to stay in the center of Naples while enjoying maximum tranquility in a quiet park mainly frequented by professionals (from 9 AM to 12 PM on weekdays, there is also concierge service), where you can park your car just a few meters from the house if you wish. Well connected by the subway with a station at Piazza Amedeo (3 minutes on foot), but also very close to the shopping area (Via Dei Mille) and the famous Neapolitan nightlife (Via Cavallerizza, Via Bisignani, Vico Ferrigni...) full of trendy bars and restaurants where the popular "aperitifs" begin from 7:30 PM to late at night, frequented by young people and adults alike.
